Private view

Sophie Larrimore works in acrylic and water soluble crayon on unprimed linen, a combination that keeps the surface open and responsive, closer to drawing than to conventional painting. The three works on view, dated 2024 and 2025, are modest in scale and consistent in method. Larrimore studied at The Cooper Union and has shown recently at Galleri Golsa in Oslo, Venus Over Manhattan in New York, and Cadet Capela in Paris. This is her first presentation at eiklid / rusten.
